The right method for every carpet
Not every carpet — or every situation — calls for the same approach. Here's how we decide.
Truck-Mounted Steam Cleaning · our workhorse
Hot water extraction shoots a precisely calibrated mix of hot water and cleaning solution deep into the pile, then vacuums it back out — dirt and all. Temperature, pressure, chemistry, and suction all have to be balanced correctly, and truck-mounted units reach cleaning power portable machines simply can't match. It removes the most dirt with minimal solution left behind, which prolongs carpet life and neutralizes pH.
Bonnet & Encapsulation · fast-turnaround
A rotary machine works cleaning solution over the carpet surface, absorbing dirt as it goes. Traditional bonnet cleaning is quick and budget-friendly for surface refreshes and spot work. The most effective variation — liquid encapsulation — pre-sprays the carpet, then captures dirt in a foam that's vacuumed away. We'll tell you honestly when it's the right fit (maintenance cleans) and when it isn't (deep restoration).
Carpet cleaning questions
How long does carpet take to dry?
With truck-mounted extraction and proper airflow, most carpets are dry to the touch in 4–8 hours. Encapsulation cleans are often walkable within the hour. We'll give you an honest estimate for your specific job.
Can you get out pet stains and odors?
In most cases, yes — it's one of the things customers praise us for most. Old, set-in stains that have soaked the pad can take extra treatment, and we'll be up-front about what's achievable before we start.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a deep clean every 12–18 months — more often with pets, kids, or allergies. Commercial spaces typically need traffic lanes refreshed quarterly with a full clean once or twice a year.
Do I need to move furniture first?
Clear what you can — small items, breakables, and anything you're comfortable moving. We'll work with you on the heavier pieces when we arrive.
